I had an incredibly disappointing experience here. The doctor was very dismissive of a concern I had called about a massage that occurred this past Saturday with my parents massage. I had bought a couples massage for my parents anniversary thinking this was a great spot to go to. I was wrong because during the massage my mother asked for the massage therapist if she was going to massage her lower back, and she was ignored or not heard. After a second time of asking to massage her lower back, the therapist had stated the massage is over. My mother left really disappointed. I had called and spoke to front desk to see what had happened and they said they’d call me back on Monday when the doctor was in. It was almost 645PM monday eveningand no one had called me. I called again to ask why no one has called me, and the front desk let me know the doctor would call me back at 7pm. The doctor called me at 7PM after their closing hours and I was met with a very condescending, dismissive tone. He dismissed what my mother said and had said that it didn’t happen. He dismissed my issue many times and wasn’t reassuring at all. I had put my mother on the phone to explain what happened and he kept saying he couldn’t understand her. She doesn’t have any sort of accent so I was confused on how he could understand me, but couldn’t understand her. Overall, the experience with Doctor was the cherry on top for this terrible service. He spoke to me like I wasn’t understanding , but yet he didn’t want to understand my story, would talk over me, and didn’t provide any apology or reassurance. I’ve never experienced someone speak to me in that manner, especially someone who is part of a business that depends on servicing clients. If you made it this far, stay as far away as possible. Felt like all my concerns weren’t being heard , and he wanted to prove a point , when he didn’t even have all the details of the appointment. He asked for my side of the story, yet dismissed every aspect of it. 0/10.

My husband's jaw was dislocated, and it was a dangerous situation. They accepted him as a last-minute client and performed the procedure very professionally. They even accept Kaiser Permanente. Highly recommended!

Love this place. I came here about three weeks ago for a strong pain I was having in my lower back that was going down my leg so l set my first appointment with them. The people at the front seat are very nice and help you find an appointment. I saw Adam Scofield, at first I didn't know what to do since it was my first time going for an adjustment but Adam was very friendly he explained to me what was the problem gave me a few pointers on what to do at home and also crack my back and my neck to where after the second time I saw him I didn't have the pain. I felt like this place isn't just about taking your money but they do care about you and your health! I do recommend people coming to this place! The best decision I have done!

Booked an 80 minute session with Francis, very first time and visit here and left feeling 1,000x better. Strong hands and excellent massage just my kind of therapist, which is very hard to find. I am in my 4th month of recovery from achilles surgery and have been relying mostly on my one good leg and it has been catching up with my posture and alignment and everything else. Francis worked on all these areas and I walked out of there feeling refreshed. I do need more and I did not hesitate to rebook my next session. Thanks Francis for an awesome massage session and look forward to more!

We were here for a couples massage and both of us had a relaxing time. I had a past injury in my upper back. Aileen did a great job in taking extra care and I felt great after the massage
