Well with Sound

I came for a chakra balancing reiki and sound bath session with Grisel and was surprised and delighted with the effect it had on me. I had gone to group sound baths and loved them, but this was the first time it was one-on-one, skillfully offered to address my specific needs and concerns. Before the session, Grisel took time to understand what and where my concerns were in my body. She explained the process and asked respectful questions about my preferences (hands on or off, certain instruments that I don't like, etc.). The studio is clean, warm, and inviting. It feels like a safe and nurturing space. I definitely felt activated during the session, feeling deep vibrations within my body that I am assuming were the chakras responding to the energy movement and the sound vibrations. I found myself welling up with emotion at the beginning of the session and let the tears come. With eyes closed and not knowing she had an instrument right over my throat, I suddenly had to clear my throat. Even though there was a lot of stimulus, I found myself repeatedly drifting away from my body and then realizing I had gone once a sound or pressure point changed. It was incredibly relaxing! I wish I had treated it like a spa day in which I had cleared my calendar following the session because I was so relaxed by the movement of energy that I just wanted to go home and take a nap! That evening I felt the need to stretch out my lower back (she worked mostly on the lower chakras) and did a series of yoga stretches to finish moving the energy through. The following day the effect was subtle, but I felt lighter of spirit and like I had had a great massage. I also found myself considering some changes I needed to make in how I was dealing with a stressful situation in my life. For anyone who feels they have stuck or stagnant energy or an old injury or tightness that just won't resolve or even for stubborn emotional or psychic wounds, this is a lovely non-invasive alternative to traditional Western treatment. Grisel has a natural instinct and a selfless passion to help others move their stuck energy so they can enjoy a happy and fulfilling life. She is gifted. I highly recommend Grisel's Reiki and Sound Healing treatments.

I went in for a sound bath and reiki session. One of the best experiences after a long time! Grisel is very knowledgeable, caring and her energy is powerfully healing! I appreciate that she took enough time to understand what I was looking out of the session. And her space is so beautifully and detailed designed to feel at peace as soon as you walk in 😍

Grisel is amazing! She helped me melt away so much negative emotion/stress in our Reiki/Sound healing session. I experienced some wonderful healing, peace and the most beautiful white light wash over me! My entire experience was powerful - she expertly guided me through this challenging process. Knew I had so much to let go of…and I felt so calm afterwards. The next two days I felt so relaxed and slept well. Thank you so much, Grisel! I will definitely be back, as this was an amazing experience.

Recently I had my first Reiki & Sound Bowl Healing session with Grisel. I was impressed with Grisel's mastery of both techniques and her ability to combine both styles into one session. The experience was both relaxing and energizing at the same time. For the remainder of the day I felt strong vitality accompanied by a feeling of deep peace. My body felt in alignment. Going forward this will be my go-to when I'm feeling less than optimal. Highly recommend Grisel.

What an amazing experience! This was my first time trying Sound healing and Reiki. I am starting a journey of self care and I felt that I needed to also try something that will help me improve from the inside out. From the very first conversation with Grisel, I felt this was going to be something unique. She is such an amazing practitioner, caring and knowledgeable. Just by talking with her I was happier, filled with hope and relaxed. The place where she works is an oasis of peace and happiness. It is located in office building but when she opens the door you feel transported. Is a beautiful space. Filled with tools like essential oils, different kinds of bowls and sound instruments. Gorgeous decorations and super clean. I felt safe and instantly relaxed. When I arrived we talked about my answer to her intake forms, how I was feeling and how the treatment was going to be. I got relaxed within 5 minutes of starting and when she finished I felt renewed. I've decided that this is going to be a regular part of my self care routine. If you are having doubts about this type of therapies, do yourself a favor and try it. I highly recommend Grisel especially if it's your first time. She will not just make you feel relaxed and help you heal, but she is gonna give you the tools to go back to life with a different perspective, relaxed, filled of positive energy and clarity.
