I initially went to Dr. Gunnar for anxiety and the resulting GI issues I was experiencing because of it. I had 1 session that shifted things for me so much! I made the life style recommendations he gave me and it has really helped me. I have been seeing him once a week and every session has been transformative. I am currently working on intuitive eating and really listening to my body. I am so grateful I found Synergy and Dr. Gunnar. Because he works with the whole system (body, mind, spirit) I feel like he can help with anything you are struggling with. He has such a kind and compassionate way about him it is really easy to talk and work with him. I highly recommend him.
