I stumbled on this place randomly, and had my first session recently. I never heard of sea salt therapy before this. I do suffer from allergies, and have been having a sinus headache for a few weeks due to allergies. I decided to give it a try. The facility looked really clean. The lady at the front desk was really nice. There are no lockers, but there are cubbies to put your things in. They also have sea salt for sale. The salt room is relaxing, with rocking chairs, ottomans, and a tv displaying relaxing music/images. The lights are dim, and each chair has a reading light, a box of tissues, and a wastebasket. There are a total of 5 chairs, so 5 people can be in the room at one time.
My headache didn’t go away after just one session, but I felt relaxed after my session, especially since I could not bring my phone in for anything. I only noticed afterwards, that they had magazines you could take in with you. The salt made me cough at first for a few minutes, but then I settled into it. During my session, there were very sick-sounding people in there, which got tiresome to listen to after 45 minutes. It is only for this reason that I will have to think about coming back here- I’d like to limit my exposure to sick people and germs as much as possible, and this would be like the equivalent of the waiting room at a doctor’s office during flu season. I don’t know a solution for this- it is what it is. If you’re already sick, this won’t bother you, I guess. There is a private room you can book, but it’s more than twice the cost of the group room, too costly for me.
All in all, I would recommend coming here if you don’t care about germs or sick people. I still might go back one day, because I’m intrigued by it.

Lumi J5 StarI'm not the type to write reviews. ^^ But I really recommend this place. I was looking for a massage spa for my mom. This was one of the places I searched for, and when I first visited I was impressed by Nina’s kind explanation. I knew that salt heals the body, but I was doubtful that breathing in the air in less than an hour could have any significant effect. However, Nina was very friendly and explanation made me want to experience it once. Our first choice was the salt booth. I was worried that it might be difficult for my mom, who gets very hot, but she said it was very refreshing. So, before my mom returned to Korea, I experienced the salt room. We just breathed and rested, and my mother's puffy eyes improved noticeably. It was hard to believe, but I signed up for a membership and the more healing time I had with Megan Massage, the salt booth, and the salt room, the more effective I felt. I hope this place known and helps people.Thursday 7th November 2024

Casey Furlong5 StarIf you're looking for a rejuvenating, inviting and relaxing wellness center, Sea Salt Therapy is your place. Janis and Avery have transformed this spot into such a calm getaway. I never knew the benefits that sea salt could offer the human body but I'm so glad these ladies were here to teach me! I tried the Salt Booth and it was so detoxifying after a very stressful work week. I was able to play my own music during my session, adjust the temperature and chromotherapy color. I would recommend Sea Salt Therapy to anyone who needs to recharge, relax or overall improved wellness!Saturday 5th March 2022
Livi Love5 StarBAY AREA TREASURE!!
I am beyond grateful I was introduced to Sea Salt Therapy. I went in for a sound healing session followed by a tour of this relaxing, refreshing space.
I couldn’t wait to share this with my family and try it out so I immediately booked the salt room and hurried home to pick up my mother, father and my teenager daughter.
BEST DECISION EVER!
We made ourselves comfortable in the lounge chairs, played meditation music (solfeggio healing frequencies), and focused on intentional breathing allowing the salt to do its magic.. each breath relaxing any areas of the body with tension. Shortly after my father, mother daughter and I doze off into a blissful nap.
That night following our session we all slept beautifully. Proud to say we continue to be happy members. (My family favorites are the Sauna salt booth & Migun table.)
P.S. Avery and Janis truly understood the assignment in creating a welcoming healing space for us to enjoy.Thursday 3rd March 2022
Gabi Medrano3 StarI’ve been coming here for years, and my last two visits to the salt rooms have been disappointing.
The machines that blow out salt is broken or they are not putting in the salt cartridge. No salt blows into the room. I made the front desk aware and they said you would put more salt in but nothing come out. Also the machine shut down 10 minutes before our appointment was over. Canceling my membership. Going to try the new place.
