Everyone who works here is extremely compassionate and welcoming. The office itself is warm and calming from the moment you enter. Dr. N and team truly care and create relationships with their patients. TMS itself helped with my depression and anxiety when medicine did not. I had not heard of TMS prior to treatment but after research and experiencing it myself, I wish more people knew about it and its amazing benefits. I am truly thankful for San Jose Integrative TMS and everyone there.

When I met with Dr. Nangia, he had a student with him. He was so ready to have the student drive the conversation, gave me the spiel about the student asking the questions and driving the conversation. I told him that it was my first time doing this and would feel comfortable if there were no observers. His attitude immediately changed, he was very closed off. He said "she's going to be a doctor soon, in a few weeks even". Then he started letting me talk. I spoke about my situation and he was saying "oh you need a counselor or a counseling psychologist, not a psychiatrist" ... our call ended at 10-15 min and then I get a bill for $225. I call them to say that he didn't even help me, he bounced me off to find other help but they say I'm still responsible for the cost due to it being a 'diagnostic evaluation' and they won't waive the cost.

SJIWC helped me get my debilitating anxiety into remission with TMS! I'm finally living a normal life again, all thanks to their knowledge and persistence in finding a solution for me. The staff are always so friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Communication is quick and easy, everyone is skilled, and I love their office dog, Frankie.

The treatment helped me a lot but the best thing about SJIWC is the amazing and wonderful staff that they have. I have never had such a loving, compassionate, and fun experience with any doctor's office in my life. Highly recommend working with Dr. Nangia and his team.

I've had a great experience here. Had try a couple different prescriptions until I found something that fit my needs perfectly. Doctor and staff were patient, polite, and overall great to work with. Edit 8/2018 : Removed 2 stars because it has been impossible to get in touch with staff for scheduling. Multiple emails and voicemails ignored.
