Dr. Yao made our dreams of having a baby come true. I had three pregnancy loses with no explanation from other doctors. A good friend of ours referred us to Dr. Yao and we immediately felt confident in the work she was doing. She is so patient, kind and understanding. She figured out what I needed and supported our pregnancy the whole way through. We will be working with her for every pregnancy to come!

I highly encourage anyone with fertility issues to work with Dr. Yao. She completely changed our lives and without her, we wouldn't have our beautiful baby girl. We were TTC and were not getting any help from our doctors. I had to push my OB to draw bloodwork and look into why we couldn't get pregnant and I was told everything looked normal. They suggested to pursue IVF. I had a completely different experience once I met Dr. Yao. She focuses on discovering the root cause and comprehensively helps to come up with a solution. She helps you to learn more about YOUR body instead of what is perceived as standard for all women. I worked with Dr. Yao for 6 months on testing, detox, gut health, supplementation, etc. She helped to create an environment that was less stressful and positive. We got pregnant very quickly once we completed her program and got support throughout the pregnancy. If you are looking for a fertility physician, you are in amazing hands with Dr. Yao.

Dr. Yao was a wonderful doctor to work with before and during my last pregnancy. She was very knowledgeable and thorough in treating my fertility issues. She was also able to look for root causes and treat other issues that were connected to my fertility, which helped us to conceive our baby eventually. I found it relatively easy and convenient to meet with her via telehealth, a major plus! I definitely recommend her for any fertility-related concerns, or just general problems related to one's cycle/irregularities.

Dr. Yao is great! She is very thorough, well researched, and provides great care. I would highly recommend her to anyone and everyone looking for a great doctor, especially for women's health and fertility related care/treatment. She has really helped me to not only understand health more, but to become healthier! I saw her before getting married to make sure I was healthy, ready to conceive, and all was well with my fertility. It was a great experience. I especially like her approach which aims to address the root cause instead of simply any symptoms that are present. 5/5 stars for Dr. Yao!

Dr. Yao is one of the best doctors I've ever had. She looks for the root causes of infertility and women's health issues instead of simply treating the symptoms. Her testing is very thorough and I felt that there wasn't one stone left unturned. My husband and I tried to conceive for about three and a half years before seeing Dr. Yao. We had seen other doctors before her, but when we moved to California and had to find a new doctor we decided on her because she combines both Natural Procreative Technology (NaPro) with a functional medicine approach. The testing she does looks at all the body's systems and how one might be affecting another. She tested for things my other doctors never thought to look for, and she recommended the best supplements and treatments, always trying for the most natural approach. From my first appointment I felt that I was in good hands. Each appointment she spends a significant length of time going over lab and test results, coming up with a treatment plan, and answering all of my questions. I never felt rushed. She gave my husband and me a clear path forward, and even consulted with another NaPro doctor when needed because my particular issue was a bit complicated. I fell pregnant after only six months of working with Dr. Yao, and she has continued to support me throughout my pregnancy as well. She is patient in answering my many questions and she always seems to be very up-to-date on the latest research. Every appointment was absolutely worth the money we spent and I'm so grateful to have found such a compassionate and caring doctor! Thank you, Dr. Yao!!
