She took time to respond to my initial question about my back muscle spasm condition and provided thorough details early on. She was very good at explaining whats going on and gave me detailed instructions on after session care. I had no idea why my hip and back kept bothering me after each gym session but Danielle really took the time to listen and explain why and gave me some great tips and mobility drills that fixed it.
