Hemla has been an invaluable gift in my life. She has helped me through a very difficult phase in my life. She helped me understand myself, what triggers me and comes in the way of my success. With breathing and grounding exercises, she helped me navigate some very difficult decisions and circumstances. More importantly she has the most calming and grounding presence. Every session I had with her gave me actionable tips for life and a feeling of clarity.

I've been attending 7 Rays Holistic Center's Women's Circle Meditations for over a year. Hemla is an excellent instructor, welcoming and warm, she makes both newcomers and veteran visitors alike feel comfortable and at ease. I've enjoyed the meditations tremendously, not just in the moment, or shortly after the session, but continue to come back to the thoughts, feelings, and observations discovered and discussed throughout the session for weeks and sometimes months later. Hemla's meditation sessions are healing for mind, body and spirit. I highly recommend you visit Hemla, whether you are brand new to meditation or have been practicing it for years, you will find your time with Hemla always a worthwhile, positive, and educational experience.

I have had numerous sessions with Hemla (color therapy, crystal healing and quantum energetic) and am coming back for more. She has a holistic approach to human well-being and has been extremely valuable to me both when I have had some physical pain as well as when I have had some personal issue I would like to discuss.
